Lesson 17 / 24 · 35–45 min · preparation time
Prepare a small set of useful messages
Good release communication gives people a reason to listen and an easy way to act. You can reuse one honest story in several formats. Choose material that fits your abilities and available time rather than committing to daily output.

Artist pack / EPK
A concise set of biography, photos, music links and practical contact or booking information.
Work through it
- 1Write the release story in a few sentences: what it is, why you made it, one distinctive detail and where people can hear it.
- 2Prepare an announcement, a release-day message and a later follow-up. Give each one a clear action and include the correct date or listening link.
- 3Choose two or three supporting pieces you can actually make: a live passage, a lyric explanation, a rehearsal moment or an image with context. Caption spoken content where practical.
- 4Put the messages on your calendar and check music/image permissions. Keep your artist pack and contact details ready for someone who wants to know more.
You are ready to move on when…
You can leave an application or outside reply pending. Record the next step before moving on.
